Polite, punctual, flexible. Not entirely organized, though. They brought only 4 of 5 lights that they were supposed to install and had to get another. We took advantage of this "error" to add yet another light, so worked out well in the end. My husband decided at the last minute to add one extra lighting project which started badly as they found out after marking up our ceiling that the ventilation system was in the way. (Should have checked before marking, right?) Despite the setback they suggested alternatives that gave a us a good result, worked around the ventilation, and didn't complain about adding something not in their estimate
