The schedule of the appointment was a little unorganized, I had it booked for 8:00, the office had it down for 9:00 and the technician had it down for 10:30.
Once the technician arrived the service was done well, very quickly. He asked specific questions and took care of exactly what we needed.
We had three fans installed and on one of them we had marked the box "use light side of fan blades"
He installed the fan with the dark side showing, but when I pointed out the note he very graciously changed the blades.
And he cleaned up everything before leaving - even took the fan boxes and all the fan packing materials - that was very helpful.
