We had a 2 yr old roof that started leaking. He provided a detailed roof inspection and advised where he thought the vent needed to be re-sealed. Our roofing contractor resealed the area, but after another slight rainfall, our roof started leaking again. We contacted Mickey and without hesitation, came back to look at the roof. He used a hose to pin-point the leak and it was the exact area he originally pointed out during his 1st inspection. He provided many pictures which we will use to show our roofing contractor. Overall, he's reliable, professional and most importantly, stands by his work.
