Responded to our request very quickly. The inspection was quite thorough and the results were communicated in terms we could understand! The written report was received via e-mail in a very timely fashion - and, he alerted us ahead of time that it was coming - and was very thorough and detailed complete with annotated photographs of the problem areas. The contracto we subsequently contacted was able to use the report to pinpoint exactly what was needed. He volunteered that this group does exceptional reports.
