I thought Ron did an excellent job in explaining what he was doing and why. We walked around the exterior & interior of the property and he told me what he was looking for and why. Ron took the time to show me what he was doing so that I could do it if necessary to either work on an appliance or had someone to come in and do it. Ron also educated me on how to maybe extend the life of some of the appliances in the home and what to do and look out for to avoid problems in the future. I would unequivocally recommend Ron to anyone who needed a professional inspection. He is concerned with what he does and he wants to make sure the customer is ok
