I had a new roof installed and although I feel comfortable with the roofer I hired, at 6k for the roof, I wanted to someone to verify that everything was done correctly before I paid the roofer. The inspection itself went great, Jan did find a couple of minor items the roofers missed. But what I really appreciated was that she had noticed some other issues with my house that she found during the inspection of the roof and although the issues had nothing to do with the roof, she took the time to point out what she saw and explain why the issues needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend Jan and will gladly use her services again.
