I was very pleased with the inspection, he was thorough, he sat and told me what was wrong and how long it would be before I needed a new roof. He sent a report via e-mail, I have taken his suggestions to heart and repaired what needed done.

Mr. Graff and his staff worked with our builder to coordinate the documents required and the inspection. Mr. Graff was timely and did a thorough assessment of our property and also took the time to share that information with the on-site superintendent so that the repairs would be done by our closing date. Mr. Graff was very professional and I would use him again and recommend him to others.
