The customer service was great. Always got back to me with answers promptly to my questions and was very easy to work with. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied at all times.
The issues for only 3 stars was due to lack of detail as to what was to be done regarding specifics to my house. If I wasn't there to check on the work, a series of mistakes would have been made. The specifics for this job were not written down properly and therefore not communicated to the site foreman. Fortunately, I was around to catch, clarify, and correct four major oversites by the crew.

I had a very good experience with Warren Roofing and Steve Krushl in particular. They were very professional, very clean and most importantly honest. They were not the cheapest which in my mind was a good thing. They also did not upsell me things that were not needed and did a quality job. I strongly recommend Steve for your roofing needs.
