Craig was available the next day, after initial contact via ServiceMagic, was early for inspection and very professional. He was also very thorough and informative. He provided me with a copy of the inspection on the spot, since he had a portable printer with him. My Realtor took Craigs card, before I could even recommend him, and had very good things to say about him. First impressions really do make a huge impact. I plan on purchasing an investment property in the near future and will no doubt give Craig a call again.
