Rex was early for the appointment and did what we consider a thorough home inspection. We received his written email report within 4 hours after completion of the inspection. Additionally, he mailed a copy of his license to our home as requested.

Our builder, whom we do not believe, says there was no truth to one of Rex's findings that an undermount sink was not sealed properly. Only time will tell. Therefore, I would like to use the sink for a while and see if it was not in fact sealed properly. Upon completion of a thorough examination, I will advise you who was right and who was wrong. My money is on Rex.
