I arrived @ 7:45 am for an 8 am inspection and Chris had already begun the exterior inspection. I was accompanied by both my brother in law and realtor and he patiently responded to our questions as well as provided me with valuable home maintenance information. I am very pleased with the customer service, timeliness and quality of work.

Chris was great. He was on-time and money-wise reasonable. He went through every aspect of our future home and pointed out every little flaw. He is also very knowledgeable about how to conserve electricity and how to make a home really efficient. I would hire him again in a second.

He was very good and seemed to be very thorough. The only downside is I wish he had gone up on the roof to physically check it. He used binoculors. I would have been more concerned had the roof been old, but it is only 3 years old.
