I believe they did a good job. Mike was very patient and took the time to explain everything he found. did not find any false issues so that he had a larger list of issues. all of the issue he found make sense and the builder agreed with. I find this admirable as a lot of other builder inspectors seem to report issues that are overblown scaring buyers away. in fact they were upfront and told us they would not inspect the roof except from the sides as it would void the builder warranty.

Luke was very pleasant to work with and thorough in his work. He is very knowledgeable in home inspections and I was impressed when he answered multiple phone calls (even on the weekend) when I had questions about his report. Luke was early for the scheduled inspection and spent a good 5-6 hours on the property. I was so happy with his professionalism that I even called him back out to the property for radon testing. What impressed me most was that Luke told me I should wait to do the radon tests until after the storms passed, as rain can affect radon levels. Two others referred by SM wanted to come out and test while it was raining!
