Both of the inspectors were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they did a thorough inspection. They gave my husband and I honest and reasonable suggestions as to what things needed to be repaired by a licensed professional vs. What things we could take care of ourselves to save money. They were on time- early even!- for the inspection, and their price was excellent. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs to have a home inspected. After the repairs on my home are completed, I may even have them come back again to verify that everything is up-to-par!

As a first time buyer I had little knowledge of the process and Chris provided me a great deal of information during our initial conversation. He was able to schedule my inspection within a few days. I arrived @ 7:45 am for an 8 am inspection and Chris had already begun the exterior inspection. I was accompanied by both my brother in law and realtor and he patiently responded to our questions as well as provided me with valuable home maintenance information.
