He was very good and seemed to be very thorough. The only downside is I wish he had gone up on the roof to physically check it. He used binoculors. I would have been more concerned had the roof been old, but it is only 3 years old.

He takes the time to inspect the house in great detail, and is very detail-oriented. He leaves you with a nice report together with a pamphlet of some helpful tips on maintaining the house. Very courteous, and willing to answer your questions. Overall, an excellent experience. Recommend with no hesitation.

Bill, first of all was on time. He adjusted himself to my schedule, he didn't mind my 2yr old running around through-out the inspection. He was very very thorough and he provided his write-up right on the spot within a neatly prepared binder! The best I have heard of and seen!
