I have used HTI for home inspections on 2 occasions in the last year. Needless to say, I would not have gone back to them a second time if they had not done great work! They bring two inspectors to the site and between them they highlight areas I would have surely missed. They have always been able to respond on very short notice, their price is very good and and I would recommend them very highly. I only wish I could hire them to do all of my projects! He was very good and seemed to be very thorough. The only downside is I wish he had gone up on the roof to physically check it. He used binoculors. I would have been more concerned had the roof been old, but it is only 3 years old.
