I really enjoyed joe the inspector he also took pictures and writing everything down that he was showing me and explaining to me . He was very thorough and professional and was able it give me a "ball park" price and certain items that needed work.. That alone was nice for me cause I didnt know how much it would cause to patch a crack in foundation.... So I give him 5stars and he would be one of my 1st choices to call for estimates on future projects.
