Jerry was very knowledable on home construction and gave us some pointers for future projects to be done. He also knew about the sump pump under the house and what it was used for. The only thing lacking in the inspection report was that it was not a detailed written report but rather a "filled in with a checkmark report type form." In the future I think he should also measure the sq footage of the home and put this on the report, as there wa a question about the home we had inspected. When we pulled the permits on the house, it didn't list the attic which was turned into a bedroom and bath, so we are unsure if the footage of the house right
