Crampton Inspection Service

Inspect a Home in 94536

I chose John due to his previous ratings, his experience and the fact that he would be doing the inspection. He allowed me to follow him around, asking questions and clarifying answers with examples. When my realtor and friends turned up, John took the time to review the discoveries. Even with all these distractions, John performed the complete inspection in a reasonable time. I think the inspection report produced accurately describes the condition of the property and is easy to read and comprehend. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again

California Design Standard

Inspect a Home in 94945

If you'd like a very basic home inspection, choose California Design Standard. Mr. Cohen uses a basic checklist form for home inspection, checks the boxes and make specific one or two line comments if there is an issue. No lengthy descriptions whatsoever, just plain and simple. No photographs on the report (about 8 pages) and he gives concise answers to my questions. I guess this is what you get for the price that you pay.
