Ed White was fantastic. He brought along a gentleman named Mike who was able to capture the entire inspection on video. They then provided me with a DVD so that I could refer back when it was time to make any necessary repairs. Even made follow-up calls to make sure that I was aware of the items that were most pressing. Both Ed and Mike were extremely personable and they knew their stuff. I wish I would have hired him BEFORE I finalized the purchase. Extremely satisfied.

He was able to locate a broken water pipe by hearing it , before he spotted the break under a deck . He also posts his rates on his website , he will produce a detailed inspection report with digital photos of any trouble spots , and his services are worth much more than the quoted rates ! Go for it !!!!!!!
