Bruce was very knowledgeable about what to look for in an inspection, current codes, and the different areas of construction. He arrived on time and reviewed everything � the house, the attic, the crawlspace, the garage, and the land. He took color pictures and included them in the report, which he created and emailed to us the same day as the inspection. He invited us to come along and explained what he was looking for and how to service the house.
