He was very good and seemed to be very thorough. The only downside is I wish he had gone up on the roof to physically check it. He used binoculors. I would have been more concerned had the roof been old, but it is only 3 years old.

I arrived @ 7:45 am for an 8 am inspection and Chris had already begun the exterior inspection. I was accompanied by both my brother in law and realtor and he patiently responded to our questions as well as provided me with valuable home maintenance information. I have purchased 4 houses so far, and this was by far the best home inspection I have seen. Bill is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He takes the time to inspect the house in great detail, and is very detail-oriented. He leaves you with a nice report together with a pamphlet of some helpful tips on maintaining the house. Very courteous, and willing to answer your questions. Overall, an excellent experience. Recommend with no hesitation.
