I chose John due to his previous ratings, his experience and the fact that he would be doing the inspection. He allowed me to follow him around, asking questions and clarifying answers with examples. When my realtor and friends turned up, John took the time to review the discoveries. Even with all these distractions, John performed the complete inspection in a reasonable time. very proffional. very pleasant . we were more than happy with John. He was here for over three hours and looked at everthing. He even pointed out code voulations for water heater which we had install 6 month ago. We were very impressed with the binder about our home that he gave to us. he gave us a email report as well as a written report on our home with a list of things we need to do. We will use him again affter we finish the work and then when we sell our home we will pass on the binder to the new owners.
The biggest thing that impressed us is the promtness and the speed with which He inspected and reported on our home . thanks
