Dave arrived on time and done a very thorough job. He had a nice book where he marked everything to show if it was ok or if it needed attention. He was very polite and informative. We were all impressed with the quality of inspection he done. Even our real estate lady was impressed. When Dave finished the inspection, he gave us the book so we would know what needed attention - that way we won't forget. The real estate lady was impressed that we had the results of the inspection before he left. She told us we should have the results later that evening - She was surprised when he gave them to us before he left. DONE A VERY GOOD JOB.
