Don came to our home and quickly determined he could not do the repairs on site. However, he was able to contact the manufacturer who authorized repair at a local fabricator near by. Don took down the effected shutters, drove them to the fabricator, picked them up and re-installed them, all at a reasonable price.

It's early to tell. He took the measurements and will be back with the blinds in a few weeks. He was very considerate, calling that he'd be a little late. He seemed very competent and new his business. His prices seemed very fair.

Very knowledgable and was very prompt to contact me. I was impressed he tried to help me as economically but with christmas the cost was just too much. After Christmas I will get him to order the parts I need.
