Didn't realize there was a service call charge that couldn't be rolled into the service fee (which is done with many other services I've needed). The fee should have been mentioned right up front. My lawyer doesn't charge that much. Other than that, we feel good about it.

He called me on the phone, asked some ? and after we were done, he said I should go down to a spa and pool place and buy some liquid fix, cause it would save me money and would probably seal the leak, If not give him a call later.

The repair did take longer than we expected but this was not due to Tony's inability, simply due to needing to order extra parts. Tony was communicative and timely otherwise and I would recommend him to others.
