They scheduled my repairs quickly, showed up on time and were knowledgable about the equipment. Further, not only did they repaire the problem, they also advised me of another potential problem that I may experience in a year or so. But, they suggested that I wait rather than spending the money before I needed to.

KARL THE OWNER CAME OUT WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THE SPA PAC NEEDED REPLACING. HE COULD HAVS REALLY ZINGED US . HE IS A GREAT TROUBLE SHOOTER. HE FIXED THE UNIT SAVED ME $800 AND WE ARE NOW ENJOYING THE SPA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOT TUB GUY.
