Don contacted me by phone in the evening, within 10 minutes of my doing the request on line. He was able to clarify what the problem was, by phone, and gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the pump. I made several other calls to get estimates. I called him back several days later and asked him to go ahead with the service call. He came over on a Thursday morning, checked out the system, got the new pump and replaced it by that afternoon. He called that evening to tell us we were ready. Excellent service and work by Don.
