Bob was a great person to work on our jet tub. He took the time to explain what was going on with the problem and how he would fix it. He was courteous, honest and a nice professional to have in our home. His work was outstanding and we would recommend him to anyone that needed his services. Also, we had him come out on a Sunday, so I was worried about the cost, but Bob was more than fair with his pricing. Great integrity and service.
