Dave was very nice and knowledgeable. He took time to explain how to get "white slime" out of the sauna pipes, told me all about balancing the water, and mentioned that if I ever had questions, I could give him a call. However, he did not seem to remember what I told him over the phone, that the spa had sat for almost a year without being used, and did not bring any useful products for me to use to get it out. Overall, I will probably call on him again for information/service.

He responded promptly, came to see us when he promised, located and installed a new motor for our spa and charged a reasonable fee. However, the motor was not properly tested when he installed it. The day after, I refilled the spa, including all the costly chemicals required... but, the motor was defective. To replace it I will have to empty the tub again, wasting more than $40 of balancing chemicals. We still don't have a working spa. There is hope, however. Dave says he'll come back in a few days to replace the defective motor and he'll test it.
