Very prompt service; very nice worker; very efficient billing with credit card and receipt by email pdf.
Value for money: nothing special, perhaps a bit expensive, but the excellent service was worth paying for. A bit vague in advance about the price, understandable as it depended on time the job took, but could perhaps have been more precise in advance (but then I could have also insisted more). As only got a total bill, don't know what was the breakdown between material (expensive) and labor.

Outstanding service! They were very professional and provided service under a short time frame. I called for service the Sunday before Thanksgiving because I decide I wanted my TV mounted above the fireplace before my family arrived for the holiday. Pam was very friendly and listened to my needs and within a very short period of time returned my call with a date for Tuesday. My TV was mounted and I can't say thank you enough for the fast and friendly service. This was really a nice experience in this day and time.
