Gordon did a great job. It was more difficult than originally expected, and at one point we thought it might not be possible to complete the cable "fishing" without opening up the drywall to cut thru a wall stud that was blocking access. I told Gordon I could repair the drywall if there was no way around cutting into it. Having said that, I know a lot of contractors who would have gone ahead and opened the drywall just to get the job done as quick as possible. Gordon kept trying different methods to save me that trouble, and eventually got thru without disturbing the wall, even though he had to spend much longer in a very hot attic. A+

The customer service rep was very prompt, courteous and professional. He gave me direct pricing and set a firm appointment. The 2-man crew that completed the work was also prompt, courteous and professional. Though they made a small error by drilling a hole in my wall where they should not have, they rectified the situation without a problem. Overall, they were friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. I would recommend them.
