Very prompt service; very nice worker; very efficient billing with credit card and receipt by email pdf.
Value for money: nothing special, perhaps a bit expensive, but the excellent service was worth paying for. A bit vague in advance about the price, understandable as it depended on time the job took, but could perhaps have been more precise in advance (but then I could have also insisted more). As only got a total bill, don't know what was the breakdown between material (expensive) and labor.

After several electricians and cable co. reps. took a look at the project and kept recommending that I contact one or the other because they were unable to help, the staff at Action Antenna immediately understood what I wanted done and took care of it. The job was completely right then and there and the finished product is exactly what I hoped for. They also took the time to make sure that everything was working properly with the connection throughout the house. I wholeheartedly recommend the company.
