Though they were quite thorough in performing the job, but took longer then quoted. They estimated to complete the job in 1 day (~7hrs), but then they had to return back next day to complete the work. Also, first day the help which they brought was quite naive and seemed a bit reluctant to help out with the project.

It took awhile before someone actually looked at the job but once he got started he found a effective solution to running cable jacks to our finished basement. Even when we had problems with Comcast he came to verify that it was nothing he had done and suggested a solution when our signal was too weak. All in all we are happy with the work.
