Comcast spent hours at my home trying to get my service connected. They managed to connect only one room! They have multiple cable lines to choose from that are already installed but couldn't connect any of the other rooms. Ken from PHT came in and had them ready to be connected in maybe 15 minutes...the first and most important one in 2 minutes. Ken knows what he's doing! I've already had him back once to hang a TV. Great job again!
I have multiple other jobs pending, and I'm going to have Ken knock them all off over the next few weeks.

Had a call back from Sabro within minutes of my putting in the Service Magic request. Was able to describe the work to him and feel like he understood scope. Described costs but I misunderstood it was $60/hour/person. Thought it was $60/hour. Agreed on Sunday morning date which pleased me. Got confirming call before they arrived. Went straight to work analyzing the issue and doing the work I required. Sabro and his partner were focused and energetic in completing the work successfully. Would definitely have them do other jobs for me in the future.
