Comcast spent hours at my home trying to get my service connected. They managed to connect only one room! They have multiple cable lines to choose from that are already installed but couldn't connect any of the other rooms. Ken from PHT came in and had them ready to be connected in maybe 15 minutes...the first and most important one in 2 minutes. Ken knows what he's doing! I've already had him back once to hang a TV. Great job again!
I have multiple other jobs pending, and I'm going to have Ken knock them all off over the next few weeks.

Steve came on time, and got right to work.
It was obvious from the start that his concern was that I be happy with the results. Steve did a great job setting up my A/V receiver, and he made sure that I understood what he did to make it all work.
He answered all of my questions completely and made the complications much less complicated.
