Tri State called me immediately. They were extremely patient on the phone when I tried to explain the problem. They explained how they charge and why, etc. I made an appt for them to come to my home for the next day. I told them that I thought the problem was with the electric which runs the irrigation well pump to the pond - but as it turns out it was with the well pump motor...I called Tri Sate and explained and canceled the appointment...and again, they were extremely polite, wished me luck and a good week. Now those are the kind of contractors we do not find often. I will use Tri State in the fuure.

Called to check the access to roof etc, furnished a written proposal, followed up via fax mfg. catalog cut and then called to verify that fax was received, Tri-State was not the low bidder.

The overall service was excellent from the diagnostic phase to the repair itself. The electricians were very knowledgeable, with required tools, technic and care. Job was finished on time and as a result the electric system is working in the proper way. Additionall they adviced me on how to protect my appliances form hi voltages installing a divice designed with that purpose
