The people I worked with at Action Antenna were great. Their price was perfect and the installers got the job done with no hassle at all. There was only one small oversight during the install that they were more than happy to come back out to fix at no cost and at my convenience. Would definitely work with them again.

I called about this installation for my mother-in-law, but as she is not familiar with new technology. I handled the appointment and set up. The techs called to say they could actually arrive early!! Both young men were efficient and helpful and answered all my questions. They explained the warranty, which is 90 days, and told us about their hours of service. I was very pleased that they made it very easy for my mother-in-law to operate her TV and antenna. She was impressed that they asked for a mat to wipe their feet before coming into the house. They cleaned up and took the trash with them.
