We were more than impressed. It was a positive experience from start to finish. He was the only one that did an at home estimate. He walked us through the process so we knew what to expect. The day of the install he arrived on time and jumped right in. He was very detail orientated and took many steps that I believe most installers wouldn't. He spent time after the install making sure all of the components were set up and working properly and gave us some instruction. He took the time to make everything right and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend him highly.
