I threw a doozie of a problem at him. It required a lot of research, etc. He dug until he found the answers and fixed the problems. I can't image how well he'd do on some thing a little more sane than this problem. Overall, he was terrific to work with.

They did a pretty good job.They are reasonable,and experienced. I would have been more happier if they told me that the speakers are not going to go inside the wall (flushed) but they would hang outside(what I had). When I asked, they told me its going to go inside. The other thing they did not tell me they needed HDMI wires and how long they want it. Left that disconnected for me. I had to take down the TV and put the wire myself. They need to pay attention to minor details like this.
