The guys at Acoustic Design were great from start to finish. What impressed me most was their professionalism and dedication to good service throughout the entire process. I was working on a limited budget and Chris Sterle made a complimentary visit to my home, took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and made it fit within my budget. The equipment is top-notch and the sound system works beautifully. And even though some issues came up which required some additional work for the crew on the day of installation, the final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Thorough and convincing inital call with your Service Magic. He asked a ton of questions about specifically the services that I needed. Excellent and easy scheduling "to the hour." This is SO UNLIKE your "Geeky" competitors! Then outstanding communication from the service person , Terry, about when he would arrive, and again what I specifically wanted performed. He was wonderfully smart and gifted and did an excellent job. I am phenomenally happy with his careful, obsessive work, and have told many people. If this is any indication of the caliber of folks that Service Magic contracts to, then I have many more projects for you soon!
