The installation was top notch, although they were 3 hours late due to a problem at another job. I was prepared for a full day so this did not present a problem. The two installers were very professional and walked me through the controls and answered all my questions. Make sure you ask and verify the total cost, as I had some questions after the bill was presented compared to the origional quote.

They accepted the work and scheduled an appointment for the next day itself. They completed the work as specified. Initially they quoted a price of 179.00 but when I indicated that I think the work can be completed in under an hour, they agreed to a price of 99.00/hour and completed within the hour. The person who came to install was courteous and professional.
