They were not able to setup the home theater system like I wanted. I wanted my sound from the DVD/receiver system to come through the TV as well as from the speakers of the system. They were not able to accomplish this task.

I have a somewhat complicated home theater system that needed to be reinstalled after a change in entertainment center cabinets. Paul called within minutes of my Service Magic request, we discussed the job and made an appointment for the next day. He came immediately after the furniture delivery, spent as much time as was needed to assemble all the components, calibrate the system, and go through a short training session with me. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. I have already recommended him to two people with whom I have spoken about Service Magic.
