I have a somewhat complicated home theater system that needed to be reinstalled after a change in entertainment center cabinets. Paul called within minutes of my Service Magic request, we discussed the job and made an appointment for the next day. He came immediately after the furniture delivery, spent as much time as was needed to assemble all the components, calibrate the system, and go through a short training session with me. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. I have already recommended him to two people with whom I have spoken about Service Magic. This is my second excellent Service Magic experience and I will use it for any future projects of any kind. I would highly recommend Paul Compton and I-Wire.

Worked extensively with CWC to plan a project to install an updated media system for a very old home (1917 build). Great to work with, came out multiple times to try and assess how best to do the project to my requirements. In the end it was determined it was impossible to do what I would like but not after giving it the best try possible. Would work with again (with perhaps a newer house!). I am giving a 4 out of 5 because no work was actually completed so i cannot judge a very important aspect but service was great.
