Bill showed up on time, installed everything perfectly and also paint matched the speakers for us in the living room. The paint we supplied wasn't quite right so he took it upon himself to find the right paint and make a 2nd trip to ensure that we ended up with a great finished product. He went above and beyond the descripton of the job and the estiimate stayed the same. I've already referred NW Digital Media to a friend.

Very responsive. I called on July 4, a holiday, and the service was scheduled for the next day, a Saturday. The charge for the repair was at the rate quoted for a one-hour service call, $99.00, even though the hook-up actually took almost 3 hours. The man was very knowledgeable, polite and patient, answered all my questions, and got the job done. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Bill and the entire team was awesome! From scheduling to installation they were very professional and went above and beyond. When Bill came to bid the project he noticed my son working on the windshield wipers on the car that suddenly went caput. He stopped - got some tools from the truck and helped him! It only took Bill 5 or 10 minutes but saved me hours of bringing the car to the shop - waiting and saving me I don't know how much money. In addition - how cool is that to reach out to hellp a teenager? Talk about going above and beyond.
I would recommend Bill and NW Digital without reservation!
