He offered remediation services, at what I thought was a fairly high price, but did not presssure me to buy. I had made it clear when scheduling the audit that I skeptical about buying repairs from them since they would be the ones finding the problems. I got a discounted price on the audit ($150.) because I was able to reschedule at the last minute to a time more convenient to them.
