Comfort Insulation was awesome!

CJ presented all of the information regarding my insulation projects in a professional, friendly and informative manner. He presented the information in a friendly, clear, concise, informative manner.

The day of service, CJ called to let me know the names of the gentlemen that would be working in my home and their time of arrival. When the crew arrived, they were friendly,pleasant and courteous. They went right to work and told me what they were doing during each phase of the work. They allowed me to see the insulation in the attic before they sealed it up which was great! Both of the crew worked well together to fill in the gaps, wrap and seal the ductwork. They made sure that even the hard to reach areas got wrapped, which was a real feat given the 20 foot ceilings and limited access to some of the ducts! They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up the areas completely, leaving no trash or debris for me to clean. Thanks!

We are so thrilled with the work that was done and are looking forward to the reduced heating bills this winter! We will definitely be recommending CJ and Crew to our friends and family!

Workmanship was professional and we were given plenty of time for questions and satisfying answers. Several points could have improved the outcome from good to excellent:
1. Clean-up of the cellulose material in the yard (it was fine inside the house).
2. Demonstrating the depth of insulation in several places in the attic after the job was finished to prove insulation depth as contracted.
3. Attic stair hood cover was installed incorrectly and then ripped when fixed. This was only adjusted after we pointed it out to him.
