JC Home Care provides very good service, and the crew worked hard and well together to complete the job. I may have given them a full 5 star rating if a manager from JC would have called to ask how the job went. This should be SOP for all top-rated contractors. There were a couple of things I wanted to discuss, and a few questions that I wanted to ask. The quick call that I received from JC after registering with servicemagic, should have been equally as quick after job completion. This would have really made them shine for me!

Home Energy Audit in 11590

Very happy with their work. My biggest fear was that they would not be able to get the siding back so that it would look untouched. The guys who came over knew what they were doing (they have been working together for over 8 years) and put back to siding seamlessly. You couldn't tell which board they took off to insert the hose. The only minor issue is that they didn't plug each hole; for some reason I was under the impression that they would plug the hole after the wall cavity was filled. But the siding covered it up, otherwise you wouldn't even know about it.

Home Energy Audit in 10590

Performed comprehensive energy inspection. Provided us with a list of 20 recommended things to do. Two people came, which was better than expected. Fee was reasonable. Would recommend their services.
On negative side, they did not have thermal imaging camera to view for poor insulation in walls; nor did they perform negative-pressure air leak study. But, I would expect fee would then have been higher.
