We interviewed and evaluated 6 contractors and selected Ferrin's Air Force. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and had reasonable pricing and exceptional follow-through.

Although we are not currently able to do a replacement on our AC units, we did have them come and do service and repair wor. We are confident that we will have them replace our units and continue to service us and our home for the long-term.

We had bids from all of the above listed companies, and Ferrin's was not only the best price, but was very professional. Jim and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, did not try to patronize me or insult my intelligence, and were as unobtrusive as possible on the day they installed the system. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My only complaint is that we are having a hard time connecting with our technicians regarding the rebate paperwork for APS. We need to have that done before we can get our money, and after several attempts, I have heard no reply.
