He was able to schedule a very convenient time and day, and even on the day he was scheduled, I needed to reschedule for a later time, and he was very flexible and accommodating. He walked me through my house several times pointing out all the areas of concern, as well as the things done right. His report, a few days later via email, was comprehensive and professional.
