Fall Yard Clean Up in 44130

Nate is a very respectful and pleasant young man. He came three times to blow the leaves. The first two times he came out I was not happy with the way it was done. It was agreed that he would blow the leaves into the woods, but instead they were blown against and in between the trees located at the bottom of my property, causing them to blow back in the yard. I addressed my dissatisfaction both times. The third and final time he came out, the job was done to my satisfaction. I didn't think I should have had to address the problem again the second time, so I was a little disappointed.
